Firstly, contacted Apple to ascertain diagnostic and repair lead times they stated 7 to 10 days. This was an unacceptable time frame. Contacted Apple Repairs Leicester and they told me to get to the shop and they would carry out a diagnostic test ,this was done and the fault ( required new charge ports ) was actioned while I waited.The quote was very reasonable, had it back within the hour, so much faster than the apple store offered me and much more convenient with the lack of appointment needed! It has been working perfectly ever since. Apple Repairs Leicester were very efficient, and offer exceptional service . They also explained that my MacBook Air required a new battery and was told that I could book it in and it would only take three hours to complete the installation. I am so grateful to them for ensuring I could make the presentation deadline!! Will definitely be bringing all my apple problems back to Apple Repairs Leicester in the future! Cannot thank them enough!!
