The battery on my 10year old Mac had completely stopped working, I originally took it to Apple but was told they could no longer supply the parts and found this store as an alternative. The service was excellent and the price I was quoted was what I was told to expect by the Apple Store. I got my computer back on the same day, had consistent updates via WhatsApp, including a video call to show me additional hidden damage which put my mind at ease knowing I got the chance to see it myself and that the store was willing to talk me through the process. I have since taken the laptop home and it is back in perfect working condition, running smoother than it has in years, it has also been cleaned and looks well cared for whilst out of my hands.
